By downloading, installing, or using JobShotPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

JobShotPro is a mobile application designed for contractors and tradespeople to create professional marketing content from job site photos. The App provides:

• Photo capture and editing tools
• AI-powered caption generation
• Marketing templates
• Social media sharing features
• Business branding tools

3. User Accounts

To use JobShotPro, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Free users receive 3 posts per month with basic features.

4.2 Pro Subscription

Pro subscribers receive unlimited posts and premium features. Subscription options:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• Annual: $99/year

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content for service delivery.

5.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Harasses or harms others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JobShotPro only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App to spam or harass others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Resell or redistribute the App or its features

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate captions and hashtags. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI suggestions before posting
• We do not guarantee the performance of AI-generated content

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Intellectual Property

JobShotPro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR CONTINUOUSLY AVAILABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobShotPro from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State].
